We are very happy to bring to you a monthly dermatopathology Quiz by the SIG Dermatopathology (IADVL Academy). Please find below a brief history of the case along with the attached clinical and histopathology images.

Case history
A 40-year-old male presented with multiple, well defined, indurated, tender nodules on right thigh, groin, scrotum, and penile shaft. Patient had a history of right radical orchidectomy for some mass in the testis before 2 years. (Figure-1)
