Dear IADVL Members,
We are pleased to announce the selected candidates for the IADVL Mentorship Program or Guruderma,an IADVL Presidential initiative for 2022.They will undergo 6 virtual Mentorship sessions with their mentors selected for them with one physical face to face meeting at a mutually acceptable schedule and Rs 10,000 given as token amount to mentee to meet the mentor,once the visit is completed only.It will be a 2 way interaction with an assessment given by the mentor and feedback by the mentee.At the end of the program,a certificate will be presented to the mentee and mentor from IADVL.The mentees will be matched with first group of mentors announced in application.The second group of selected mentors will be made available from the pool for second round of the program.
In addition,they will also get to interact with few international and national Dermatologists' engaged in leadership program from AAD,WDS and others .
