A unique IADVL Presidential project that connects the experience and understanding of our elders with enthusiasm and zeal of our younger generation.
Continuing this passage of knowledge and life skills, we present to you " GURUDERMA : AN IADVL VIRTUAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM".
We invite applications for this unique exchange program between senior and junior dermatologists which provides an ideal opportunity to interact closely with the mentor and to work on fields of mutual interest for about 20 mentees. Our Mentor pool comprises of some very senior and learned volunteers with areas of interest ranging from Psoriasis to HIV/AIDS. As mentorship is entirely voluntary, our current mentor names are as follows:

We would like to invite some more applications from interested mentors for this flagship project. The mentor enrollment form for the same is attached with the mail.
We also request interested mentee's, who have preferably passed their residency ( not absolutely mandatory) and not more than 15 years after postgraduation in (MD/DVD/DVL/DNB) and are now looking for guidance pertaining to Clinical Dermatology, learning of life skills and professional guidance in practice to apply for the program. We aim at promoting growth, stimulating social responsibility and a lifelong lasting bond between the mentor and the mentee.
A token amount of Rs 10,000 / would be given for one time visit to mentor either in a conference or otherwise as a mark of respect to guru. Kindly also find the mentee application form attached with the mail. We request you to send the duly filled application form to iadvl.mentorship@gmail.com
