Bill Gates once famously quoted - "As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others".
Just as physicians have to learn clinical expertise, they often need to learn leadership disciplines and soft skills - to build healthier relationships with their peers and patients, for a better understanding of quality and safety principles, and for the ability to correct and enhance the systems they work in.
We present to you the IADVL Leadership Pipeline Program 2022, an IADVL Presidential project that aims to hone the leadership skills of young - to- middle level dermatologists and to encourage them to work towards and contribute to the betterment of IADVL in the future.
We invite applications for this programme from IADVL members under the age of 50 years. The sessions will be held virtually on weekends (once-a-week) for five weeks in the months of May - June 2022 with a renowned global leadership coach.
