The election announcement was circulated among all Life Members by April and here are the final nominees for the following posts and kindly find the enclosed document for the details of the candidates & venue bidding of MID-DERMACON 2021 & DERMACON 2022: IMPORTANT DATES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ELECTION: Submissions of objections if any: 31-07-2019 Opening of e-voting: 01-10-2019 Closure of e-voting: 15-11-2019 Counting of E-votes: 17-11-2019 Filing of objections, if any, to Election Officer: 18-11-2019 to 24-11-2019 Declaration of results on e-groups and website: 25-11-2019 IADVL will be going only for E VOTING (NO BALLOT PAPER WILL BE SENT). Hence, those members who have not enrolled and registered for E-Voting may do so early. LAST DATES RELATED TO E VOTING: 1. Cut off date for the electoral roll of e-voting is 31st July 2019. 2. Cut off date for registration for e-voting is 31st August 2019. The procedure is very simple to register for E-Voting. Member has to login to www.iadvl.org and enrol.
