Dear Members,
With great pleasure, IADVL would like to share the final draft of Amendments to our constitution. This is accomplished by considering and consolidating the amends passed at many GBs held over the period of time.
The amends were then presented to our Lawyer Mr Sridhar Pothraju for legal opinion and their suggestions were incorporated in the final draft. We are satisfied with the final outcome and now it is being shared with you all for any valuable inputs.
Kindly find the enclosed final document of Amendments to our constitution. It will be presented for final approval at EGBM scheduled during MIDDERMACON 2018, Nagaercoil on 11th August 2018.
