Dermatopathology (IADVL Academy). Please find below a brief history of the
case along with the attached clinical and histopathology images.

Case
history: A 35-yr-old male presented with dark lesions on face, trunk and
extremities since childhood. The lesions were mildly pruritic and worsened
during summer. (Figure 1 and 1a)
