We are very
happy to bring to you a monthly dermatopathology Quiz by the SIG
Dermatopathology (IADVL Academy). Please find below a brief history of the
case along with the attached clinical and histopathology images.

Case
history: A 38-year-old male presented with mildly itchy papules over the
calves, forearms, back of thighs, nape of neck, wrist. Progressive for past 4
years. Known case of Hypertension. (Figure 1 and 1a)
